My roll on the show:
- Supervision and supports for cross location and all departments activities
- Supervision for the assets: we received the model and texture of the maim assets from other vendor as this was a 911 show. We finished the shading/lookdev part on our end to match to the original visual
- Departments I was looking: Model, Texture, CFX, Lookdev, Light
- Review scope of work and assign tasks based on artist skills/abilities
- R&D and develop new tools and workflow to create complex assets and shot.
- Organizing and optimizing pipeline with TDs
